MAIN PRODUCTION:

Our main factory is focused with the manufacturing of watch displays, watch boxes, eyewear displays, fixtures, cosmetic showcases and counters.

Total factory area covers over 10,000 sq. meters divided in:

  • 20%  MDF cutting
  • 10%  Fabric wrapping
  • 40%  Polishing, sanding, high glossy lacquer
  • 20%  Assembling and packing
  • 10%  Office

Production is specialised in medium to larger wood items such as trays, counters and cosmetic fixtures that require complex assembling. A space of over 1,000 sq. meters is specifically dedicated to a versatile assembling workshop and complex assembling installations.

LED, extra clear glass, back lit logo, stainless steel parts all assembled flawlessly to form one single piece of fixture.

We employ a very special technique of wood cutting after the first base lacquer is applied. This allows a substantial decrease of manufacturing costs and also brings better results with fixtures applications.

  1. Precision CNC machine for MDF cutting, particularly orientated in wood fixtures and showcases
  2. Sophisticated area of 4,000 sq. meters exclusively dedicated to high quality lacquer
  3. Specialisation in large surfaces of high glossy lacquer on MDF and acrylic
  4. Versatile workplace for cross material assembling: acrylic, metal, extra clear glass and lacquered wood

 

METAL PRODUCTION:

Our metal production is mainly focused with materials such as stainless steel, brass, iron and aluminium to produce products such as display racks, bag stands, shoe holders, small display holders, small leather goods holders, metal logos, frames and window display elements.

Larger fixture: Stainless steel showcase, stainless steel table and chairs, display racks.

We are able to work with extremely clean and precise welding and polishing ability on every metal structures and frames. We have long experience and  versatility on small leather goods holders, bags stand holder and shoes holders.

  1. Small leather good holders, bag stand holder, shoes holder.
  2. Precision and long experience on welding stainless steel blocks
  3. Versatility on surfaces treatments such as brushing, hairline and sanded metal

Production is also focused of smaller stainless steel components including jewellery elements such as: pendents, bracelets, earrings, rings, necklaces, cufflinks, buttons, tie clip, fashion jewellery.

High precision on detail up to a fraction of millimetre. Some of our engineers have more than 20 years of experience in fashion jewellery manufacturing . All the workers are trained to work with high precision of details. The factory has high coverage on machinery including punching machines, shaping machine, wire cutting and drilling.

A mold department also allows molds to be developed in house and to be used with the punching machines. Laser welding machines allow very high precision on welded joint. Polishing department counts up to 50 skilled workers, allowing an high capacity of products to be finished every day.

 

PLATING:

ABS Plating production line (automatic) :

Small to mid range plating for ABS plastic injection: chrome plated car handles, plated car bumpers, computer plated components, handsets and electronic appliances, shower heads. Finishing from chrome, nickel, gold, gun metal, real gold, brushed hairline on bronze and many others.

Larger metal plating production line (manual) :

Mid to large range plating for stainless steel, copper, iron, zinc: chrome / gold furniture components, handles, machine components, decoration items.

Metal plating production line (automatic) :

Small to mid range plating for stainless steel, copper, iron, zinc: machine components, handsets components, small metal parts components

The total factory are covers over 12,000 sq. meters divided in:

  • 30%  ABS plating (automatic),
  • 30%  Larger metal plating (manual),
  • 30%  Metal plating (automatic),
  • 10%   Office

The plating facilities are renowned for the quality and the flexibility to adapt to different kind of production and to meet demanding requirements.

Special tooling are custom designed for each product and these are tested in the real environment in order to achieve perfect plating and within the respect of the needed requirement.

The baths are relatively large in the industry, measuring 600mmD, 800mmH and 2000mmW each, which allows larger products like car bumpers to be plated in one single piece. There is real gold bath for gold plating.

  1. State of the art automatic production line, with electronic measurement control to achieve stable quality. This yields to a very high percentage of quality approved products.
  2. Sophisticated technique in designing plating tooling to improve plating quality. This is particular important because tooling determines how the plating and current conduct. It is vital for overall plating results.
  3. Large bath can accomodate more product in one take, it improves overall stability and it can allow very large size products to be plated.
  4. Facilities straightly comply with environmental standards requirements with a very sophisticated measurement on purifying the residue of plating wastage.

 

PLASTIC INJECTION:

45 Tons to 450 Tons plastic injection production line (21 machines)

Small to mid range plastic injection in PC, ABS such as handsets fascia, machine fascia, larger toys, trays, electrical socket, plugs, TV fascia, household and machine components

RMB 1 million values of goods, around 50,000 KGS of plastic

The total factory are covers an area of over 10,000 sq. meters divided in:

  • 40%  Mold section
  • 40%  Injection section
  • 10%  Office

In-house own mold department and manufacture allow a high level of flexibility and major key control of the whole injection process.

This is especially vital because the mold design determines 90% of the outcome of the final injection pieces.

21 sets of Japanese injection machines pressure ranging from 45 tons to 450 tons. Additional 1,080 tons of injection machine (capable of injection 2.3 KG of plastic) is also located in Shenzhen.

  • TCL (TV housings)
  • Walmart (Electrical sockets and plugs)
  • Disney (Toy figures)

 

  1. The ability to do mold design, in consideration of all production issues.
  2. Flexibility to test samples.
  3. Large range of injection machines (450 tons) in house and 1,080 tons with production partner, which means larger range of products are supported (up to 2.5 KG).
